Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions contain information on how to participate in the Acrobat 8 Promotion ("Promotion") and prize details. Taking part in this promotion constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Phillippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Employees, independent contractors, officers and directors of Adobe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

The Promotion runs from 20 March 2008 until midnight of 31 May 2008. All claims must be registered online by 31 May 2008.

This promotion is valid only with purchases made through box and licensing of Adobe^® Acrobat^® 8 Professional or Standard, and Adobe Acrobat 3D Version 8, including commercial, education & government,full, upgrade and upsell versions, althrough participating Adobe resellers. It is not valid on purchases made through Adobe's online store or other means.

This promotion is not applicable to technical support package, maintenance licenses, CD or manual purchases.

To qualify for the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go (250GB), customers must make a minimum purchase amount of SGD 1,500 / RM 3,500 / BHT 35,000 / PHP 45,000 / USD 1,000 / VND 15,000,000 for Adobe Acrobat 8 software. Customers can claim up to a maximum of 3 redemptions per company/customer.While supplies last.

The Seagate FreeAgent™ Go is only redeemable per company per claimant only. Customers can combine the invoices but purchase must be made within the promotional period 20 March 2008 to 31 May 2008 only. The validity amount for the claim will not include GST/local tax.

To claim for the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go, customers must register online, with full completion of particulars at: http://adobe.vintedge.com/product_bundle/A8_customers/claims.asp. The closing date to register online is midnight 31 May 2008. Only customers can register online to claim the free gift. Resellers cannot claim on customers' behalf.

Customers must fax proof of purchase/invoice and licensing certificate (if purchase via licensing) to 65-6299-0698 or email thesoft copy to adobe@advalanche.net and indicate "Acrobat 8 Promotion" by 31 May 2008. Late submissions will not be entertained. Upon verification, customers who are eligible for the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go will be notified via email by 30 June 2008.

The Seagate FreeAgent™ Go entitlements are subject to:

•	minimum purchase of SGD 1,500 / RM 3,500 / BHT 35,000 / PHP 45,000 / USD 1,000 / VND 15,000,000 of Adobe Acrobat 8 license or retail box, customers must register product online, with full completion of particulars at: http://adobe.vintedge.com/product_bundle/A8_customers/claims.asp.
•	customers can claim up to a maximum of 3 sets of Seagate FreeAgent™ Go if purchase amount reaches SGD 4,500 / RM 10,500 / BHT 105,000/ PHP 135,000 / USD 3,000 / VND 45,000,000 and above. Whilst supplies last.

Adobe and its agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Adobe that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion ; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the gift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the gift, or from participation in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold Adobe and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from participant's Promotion participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Participants agree to abide by these Full Terms and Conditions.

Adobe is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries caused by telephone lines or systems or Internet service providers or any other cause that is not due to its fault, for gift claims submission received after the deadline as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.

14.

The Seagate FreeAgent™ Go are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Adobe reserves the right to substitute the gift with another for the same monetary value. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any gift and release Sponsor from any such liability. Recipients are responsible for all internet access fees, service charges, and any other fees associated with the use of the prize.

15.

Collection/Delivery of the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go

a.	Singapore – Self-collection is required, to the following address (upon email confirmation sent) Monday through Friday, between 10am and 7pm (avoid lunch hours between 1pm to 2pm) at: Advalanche Integrated Advertising Pte Ltd 371 Beach Road #20-06 KeypPoint Singapore 199597 Gifts not claimed after 31 July 2008 will be forfeited. No reminders will be sent.
b.	Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam – Seagate FreeAgent™ Go will be sent to customers by registered courier. Customers will be informed via email prior to the delivery. All taxes and any incidental expenses associated with shipment of the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go are the responsibility of the customers.

Shipment of the Seagate FreeAgent™ Go (to overseas addresses) will take between 2-3 weeks after 30 June 2008.

17.

Adobe, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, safety or legality of the items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of the vouchers.

18.

Adobe reserves the right to disqualify any customer who has tampered with the gift claims submission process or any Adobe website, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the Web site, or to be acting in violation of the Computer Misuse Act. Adobe reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the gift claims submission process or the web site.

19.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the party who submitted the gift claims submissions, the response will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

20.

All customers' particulars become the sole property of Adobe Systems Incorporated and may be used for marketing research and/or promotional purposes.
