- What is included in the Adobe Student Pack box?
It includes 3 installer DVDs and a training DVD.
- In which languages are the products available?
The products are available only in the English language.
- Are manuals included with the products?
The product package contains no printed manual. The documentation is provided in electronic form in the training DVD.
- Which platforms are supported by the Adobe Student Packs?
Versions are available for both Windows and MAC platforms.
- Do the Adobe Student Packs have restricted functionality?
No. However, Adobe Student Packs are for installation and use on private computers and for non-commercial purposes only. Further, you must satisfy the eligibility conditions (please see "Eligibility Conditions" below) before you can purchase the Adobe Student Packs.
- Is there a time limit on using Adobe Student Packs?
No, there is no time limit for using the Adobe Student Pack.
Eligibility conditions
- Who may purchase and use Adobe Student Packs?
Students enrolled in and full-time lecturers and teachers teaching or training at accredited Primary, Secondary, Independent, Specialised Independent and International Schools and Junior Colleges in Singapore, full-time teachers teaching or training at NIE, as well as full-time employees (including teachers) of MOE ONLY.
NOT Eligible
Persons who are NOT eligible to purchase Adobe Student Packs include:
- Non-teaching staff members of NIE or any school, and students and teachers from universities and other schools or educational institutions that do not fall within the above description.
- Private and commercial training institutes, training establishments in companies, hospitals, clubs, and research establishments.
- How must evidence of eligibility be provided?
- Evidence must be submitted together with a completed order form.
- This can be submitted either online at www.mine.com.sg or by email to sales@mine.com.sg. For any enquiries, please call 64386778.
- What kind of evidence is needed?
Students must provide their student identification number, their email address and:
- a photocopy of an official, current Student Card that includes your name, date of issue or expiry and a photo; or
- a photocopy of your official, current photo Identity Card and either (a) a photocopy of an official, current non-photo Student Card that includes your name and date of issue or expiry or (b) your most recent official school report card
Teachers and MOE employees must provide their MOE or NIE identification number, their email address and:
- an official, current MOE or school card or pass that includes your name, date of issue or expiry and a photo; or
- a photocopy of your official, current photo Identity Card and an official letter from MOE or your school conclusively confirming that as of the date of the letter, are enrolled at or employed by the school / MOE, and stating the capacity in which you are enrolled or employed

- Where can I buy Adobe Student Packs?

- How do I collect the product?
There are 3 options available
- Collect without any surcharges at the Ingram Micro Service Hub at Funan Digitalife Mall (Address: 109 North Bridge Road #06-04 Singapore 179097. Tel: 6883 0512. Operating hours: Mon-Sat 10am-7pm, Sun 10am – 3pm, closed on public holidays and eves of public holidays)
- You can choose to have the Adobe Student Pack delivered to your home at an additional S$5.00 delivery charge. Please call 6438 6778 or email: sales@mine.com.sg for more information
Local delivery is available from Mondays to Fridays.
A delivery time slot will be assigned to you. If the attempt to make the delivery at the assigned time slot is unsuccessful, the item will be made available at Ingram Micro Service Hub at Funan Digitalife Mall (see address, contact details and opening hours above) for self-collection within 2 working days after the delivery attempt.

Please note:
- Delivery will be confirmed within seven days after your payment has been received by The Network Hub Pte Ltd
- You must submit your documentary evidence of eligibility (see details of required evidence above) upon collection or delivery of the Adobe Student Pack. Please ensure that you have all necessary documentation ready as you will not be allowed to collect or take delivery of your Adobe Student Pack if your documentation is not in order
- Can I exchange or return the product?
No, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
Terms of use
- May the Adobe Student Pack also be used for commercial purposes?
No, the Adobe Student Pack can only be installed and used on private computers and for non-commercial purposes only. Further, you must satisfy the eligibility conditions (please see "Eligibility Conditions" above) before you can purchase the Adobe Student Packs.
- How many Adobe Student Packs can I purchase?
Each eligible person may only purchase one Adobe Student Pack.
- How many computers may I use the Adobe Student Pack on?
Each copy of Adobe software may only be used on one computer. This is ensured through a product activation procedure, which is performed online. Click here for the End User Licensing Agreement.
- Can I transfer or resell the Adobe Student Pack?
No. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the software, or authorise any portion of the software to be copied onto another individual or legal entity's computer. Click here for the End User Licensing Agreement.
- Can I unbundle the component parts of the software for use on different computers?
No, you may not unbundle the component parts of the software for use on different computers. You also may not unbundle or repackage the software for distribution, transfer or resale. Click here for the End User Licensing Agreement.
- Can the Adobe Student Pack be upgraded to allow for commercial use?
No, the Adobe Student Pack cannot be upgraded to allow for commercial use.
- Can I continue to use the Adobe Student Pack after I have graduated, ceased teaching or ceased being employed by MOE?
Yes, provided that you have installed and used the Adobe Student Pack on your private computer, and you are using the Adobe Student Pack for non-commercial purposes only. Further, at the point of time when you purchased the Adobe Student Pack, you must have satisfied the eligibility conditions (please see "Eligibility Conditions" above).
- Can the Adobe Student Pack be used on school computers?
No, the Adobe Student Pack may only be installed and used on the licensee's own private computer. Should you wish to purchase Adobe software for school use, you may consider purchasing the K12 Education Site Licensing Program, which allows the licensed software to be installed on up to 500 computers in one school location.
