- The Free Trial DVDs are promotional products with limited functionality and support.
- Offer subject to change without notice. Void where prohibited.
- By taking part in this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Full Terms & Conditions.
- This Free Trial DVD Offer ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Employees,
independent contractors, officers and directors of Adobe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, Promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, including the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- This promotion is ongoing, whilst stocks last.
- The FREE Trial DVD is valid only when eligible participants complete the online questionnaire.
- The FREE Trial DVD for Master Collection, Production Premium, Design Premium and Web Premium, are subject
to a first-come-first served basis, whilst stocks last. Valid customers are limited to one (1) Trial DVD of
their choice
- To receive the FREE Trial DVD, customers must make their selection on the online questionnaire.
- Prices are subject to local government taxes.
- The Trial DVD will be mailed to the address indicated in the online questionnaire.
- Adobe will not be responsible and not liable for any late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify customers of their eligibility to claim for the trial DVD.
- The Trial DVD are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Adobe reserves the right to substitute
the selected Trial DVD with another that is available.
- Adobe is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries caused by telephone lines or systems or Internet service
providers or any other cause that is not due to its fault, for the online questionnaire submission received after the
deadline as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
- Adobe and its agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies,
and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible online questionaire submissions. |

any condition caused by events beyond the control of Adobe that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted
or corrupted; |

any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Free Trial DVD offer; |
| (iv) |

any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Free Trial DVD, or acceptance,
possession, or use of the Free Trial DVD, or from participation in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each
participant agrees to release and hold Adobe and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents,
representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors
harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the
Promotion or resulting from participant’s Promotion participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any gift,
including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity
rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. |
- Adobe is not liable for any injury or damage to any customer or third party’s computer relating to or resulting
from the completion of the online questionnaire.
- Adobe is not liable for damage to any computer due to participants' completion of the online questionnaire or
downloading of related information.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the party who completed the online questionnaire, the
response will be deemed to be submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.
- Customers agree that Adobe and the respective advertising and promotional agencies, shall not be liable for
injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in the Promotion.
- All participants’ particulars become the sole property of Adobe Systems Pte Ltd and may be used for marketing
research and/or promotional purposes.
